Interested in challenging yourself, your way of thinking about today's current issues, and your leadership skills? There are a variety of ways to enhance your leadership, service and advocacy skills with the BBYO Panim Institute.

Travel

Come to Washington, DC, to participate in Panim el Panim seminars and return home as a leader ready to change the world! At Panim el Panim seminars teens learn from and become friends with a broad network of Jewish teens from around the country. Together they receive advocacy training on a wide range of current topics, participate in service learning and have the opportunity to lobby their elected officials on Capitol Hill, putting what they have learned into action.

Explore an issue that inspires you with BBYO Panim Institute! Teen Issue Summits provide teens with the opportunity to go deeper, learn more about, advocate and do service for a particular cause or issue. These programs bring together passionate Jewish teens from across the country and talented and experienced speakers and partners to learn from in exciting cities relevant to each issue.

Previous Teen Issue Summits include PB & J: A Teen Issue Summit on Hunger (Washington, DC), The Big Easy: A Teen Issue Summit on the Environment (New Orleans) and the Human Rights and Genocide Summit (Washington, DC).

Start early with the BBYO Panim Institute Horizons! The newest program from the BBYO Panim Institute, Panim Horizons is an educational touring experience in Washington, DC, for 7th and 8th graders. With an emphasis on Jewish history, activism and tikkun olam, participants will learn about the story of America and explore the founding values of our country.

Focus on Your Community

Inspiring, Motivating, Leading the Way: Teens in our communities! Taste of Activism is a community-wide service and advocacy fair with a headlining event of a young, social entrepreneur keynote speaker. Taste of Activism is a multi-partner program, planned in collaboration with the BBYO Panim Institute, BBYO Regions, and community partner agencies/organizations.
